CEO and Founder
Dallas Moody is the CEO and Founder of Aegis Advise. With extensive experience in the financial systems consulting field, Dallas has served clients globally for nearly two decades, assisting with CPM assessments, deployments, optimizations, and support. As a former Vice President at a leading Workday partner, Dallas contributed to FP&A excellence at over 700 organizations, amounting to approximately 10% of the Adaptive Planning customer base. Furthermore, Dallas is a Certified Public Accountant in Massachusetts (license currently dormant) and is highly regarded as a speaker, frequently presenting at CPM conferences, events, and webinars.
Justin Groover
Consulting Manager
Justin is a Washington DC-based professional who has a diverse background in finance and accounting. He completed a double major in finance and accounting at Piedmont College, where he was valedictorian of his class and played baseball on the school team. Prior to joining Aegis in September 2021, Justin worked on the FP&A team of a SaaS company, where he gained experience in administering their CPM solution, Adaptive Planning. This role sparked his interest in the CPM space, leading him to join Aegis. Outside of work, Justin enjoys engaging in outdoor adventures, cooking, and hitting the gym.
Deyra Baciu
Consultant
Deyra is a versatile finance professional with a diverse skill set in areas such as finance, accounting, and operations. In her previous role as an FP&A Lead Analyst at Philips Healthcare, she coordinated the integration of a SaaS business acquisition, managing the vendors and customers onboarding process and preparing forecast and budget reports. She holds a Master of Science in Management from Simmons University and an MBA and BA in Accounting from the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education. She enjoys traveling, theology, tennis, swimming, and cooking Mexican food.
